3. Service Provision & Availability Disclaimer

The Service extracts chat records by parsing the underlying data protocols of AI platforms. Due to the uncontrollable nature of updates from third-party platforms (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.), we do not guarantee that the extension will be permanently available or always perfectly compatible. We may require some time to adapt after official platform updates. Users agree to accept the risk of temporary Service failure due to changes in third-party platforms.

4. Use Restrictions & Prohibited Behaviors

Users must comply with the following regulations when using the Service:

• It is strictly prohibited to use our software authorizations for any form of automated crawlers or data collection bots.
• It is strictly prohibited to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to decipher the underlying protocols of the extension.
• Any concurrent calling behavior that may cause an unreasonable burden on our servers or third-party platforms is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the final right of definition and interpretation for "abuse behavior".

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

To apply for a refund, please refer to our Refund Policy. Requests for cancellation or refund will not be supported if it has been more than 7 days since the last subscription billing date.
