Yes! The preview export feature automatically loads the entire chat history of a long conversation in one go, without requiring you to manually scroll up repeatedly. You can click the extension icon and click the "Preview & Export" button on the top-left of the popup panel to open the preview window, where you can inspect the full conversation layout and formulas before downloading. Additionally, we support right-click quick actions: select text and right-click to choose "Copy Selection as Markdown", or right-click any blank space or the extension icon to copy the entire conversation to your clipboard.

By default, ExportyAI prioritizes Raw API Protocol Mode to extract lossless high-fidelity conversation data. If an AI site temporarily updates its API endpoints or enforces network restrictions, ExportyAI automatically triggers a Smart Fallback Mechanism. A red notice “Export Mode Adjusted: Fell back to HTML parsing mode” will pop up in the bottom-right corner to ensure your export process continues seamlessly.

Tip: In Fallback Mode, if you notice an exported long chat is incomplete due to web virtual scrolling, simply scroll up to the top of the chat page to load all historical messages, and then click export again to obtain the complete record.

Unlike other extensions that inject intrusive buttons into webpages, ExportyAI features a clean, non-intrusive, and minimalist design. It does not inject any buttons or sidebars into your AI chat web pages, keeping the native interface beautiful and clean.

To export your conversations, simply follow these steps:
1. Make sure the extension is installed and enabled in your browser.
2. Click the "Extensions" icon (puzzle piece) in the upper-right corner of your browser toolbar and locate ExportyAI (we highly recommend clicking the "Pin" icon to keep it always visible on your toolbar).
3. Open a supported AI platform (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, etc.) and go to the conversation you want to export.
4. Click the ExportyAI extension icon on your browser toolbar, choose your desired format in the popup panel, and download in one click.

To ensure 100% privacy and flawless formatting (supporting LaTeX formulas and code blocks), we use local print simulation technology. Clicking "Export to PDF" triggers the browser's native print window. In the print settings, choose "Save as PDF", check "Background graphics", and uncheck "Headers and footers" for the most premium visual layout.

Ensure you are logged into Notion in your current browser. Click the extension icon and select "Sync to Notion" from the popup panel; the extension will automatically read your local Notion login credentials (Cookie/Token) to verify and complete the synchronization. The entire process is performed locally in your browser via secure encrypted API requests sent directly to Notion's official servers. None of your Notion credentials or chat content are ever uploaded or stored on our servers.
