1. Local Processing & No Data Upload Commitment

The core feature of the Service is that all your chat record parsing, formatting, and exporting operations are completed entirely locally in your browser.

We do not upload any of your chat content, personal questions, AI-generated responses, or exported file content to our servers. Your privacy data always stays on your local device.

For the PDF export function, it is achieved via print simulation, where you select "Save as PDF" in the browser's print preview page. This process is also entirely local and involves no remote server data transmission.

2. Information Collection & Use

• Account & Subscription Information: We only collect necessary email addresses for account management and subscription verification.
• Payment Information: All payment processes are handled by the third-party payment gateway Paddle. We do not touch, process, or store your credit card, bank account, or other sensitive financial information.
• Security & Anti-Abuse Monitoring: To prevent unauthorized use (such as license resale or multi-person sharing), the system records License Key usage frequency, export counts, and basic access information (such as masked IP addresses or device IDs). This information is only used to maintain the legality of software authorization and does not contain any chat data.

3. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We promise not to sell or trade your personally identifiable information. We only share limited transaction data with trusted third parties (such as payment provider Paddle) when necessary to provide authorization services.

We implement various security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a very limited number of persons with special access rights and a duty of confidentiality.
